Returns

Love Your Rocks are committed to providing total customer satisfaction. If you are not delighted with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days of purchase, provided it is in perfect condition, unworn and in the original packaging. Our jewellery is packed with great care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

We have made every effort to represent the jewellery as accurately as possible. Each piece has a full description, length details and accurate, detailed photography. We cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser, software or computer system used by you, the customer.

For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or offer a refund on earrings. Custom Made jewellery is also non-refundable.

Please email customerservice@loveyourrocks.com to obtain a Return Authorisation number before returning any purchase. A Return Authorisation number must be obtained within 14 days of purchase. Include in your email your full name and address, order number, product code, product name and your reason for return. On receipt of your Return Authorisation number please take care to follow the instructions below:

Return your unworn item in the original gift box with the tag attached and organza bag.
We request that returns are shipped through Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Payment of return postage is the customer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed by Love Your Rocks.
For European or Worldwide returns please follow the instructions above. We request that returns are shipped through the shipping service within your country which covers insurance and delivery tracking.

A refund will be issued when the jewellery has been received by Love Your Rocks less deductions for postage.
